Stockholm, May 19, 2026 - Truecaller is partnering with Swedish mobile operator Chilimobil to give Chilimobil customers stronger protection against phone fraud and unwanted calls. Through the partnership, Chilimobil customers receive a one-year subscription to Truecaller Premium, free of charge during the launch period. The offer is available to both new and existing customers.

Phone fraud and unwanted calls are a growing problem in Sweden, particularly on mobile phones. Many consumers struggle to tell who is actually calling, while fraud attempts and aggressive telemarketing continue to rise. Telecom is one of the industries most exposed to unwanted consumer contact, with telemarketing, spoofed numbers, and fraud attempts often running through the mobile network. At the same time, operators can only do so much at the network level.
